Q1: What is the ReadyPlug Warranty Policy?
ReadyPlug products are fully warranted to their original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to ReadyPlug. All shipping must be pre-paid. ReadyPlug cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from State to State. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.
Q2: What does "lifetime" mean?
Our products are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the life of the product.
Q3: Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?
We manufacture all products to meet our superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your ReadyPlug product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. The ReadyPlug warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.
Q4: Is damage caused during shipping covered by warranty?

Q5: How do I return my product for a replacement?
So that we can evaluate whether your product's defect falls under the ReadyPlug Lifetime Warranty, your product must be returned directly to ReadyPlug prior to receiving a replacement. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer when returning the product for evaluation. Cable Forge cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Q6: Can I get a refund, instead of a replacement?
After returning your unwanted or defective product(s) to us for evaluation, ReadyPlug will determine on a case to case basis whether the products are eligible for refund. If a period of thirty (30) days has passed since the product was purchased, then the purchase is no longer eligible to be considered for a refund.
